Our fee structure ensures transparency and fairness. Advisory fees are communicated
upfront, with clear terms for any changes outlined. All fees are non-refundable.
Consultation Fee
The consultation fee, starting at $500, encompasses our comprehensive custom trip design services. It includes the initial consultation, research, proposal development (up to two itinerary revisions), booking all components of your trip including accommodations, transfers, tours, and guides, access to VIP perks, preferred pricing, unique experiences, and assistance in purchasing travel insurance. The consultation fee varies based on factors such as the number of travelers, destinations, and the level of complication anticipated.
Fees
Management Fee
The consultation fee only covers a small portion of our many hours of work and thought that goes into creating your trip. Our management fee encompasses managing all trip components, liaising with hotel concierges, destination insights, travel tips, and on-trip support. Disney charges gross pricing and our management fee will be factored into the overall cost.
Disney Concierge Fee
As passionate Disney enthusiasts and seasoned travelers, we understand the intricacies of Disney planning, from securing coveted dining reservations to managing Lightning Lane selections, and staying updated on all of the latest developments from Disney.
Flights
We work with Brownell’s dedicated AirDesk, offering comprehensive support for flight booking, changes, and cancellations. With additional fees starting at $75 per domestic ticket and $175 per international ticket, capped at $250 and $550 per household respectively, we ensure a seamless travel experience. Private jet pricing is available upon request.
Other Fees
Hotel-Only Fee for Research and Booking: $100
Expedited Planning Fee (travel dates within 2 months): $500+
Hourly Fee for Excessive Revisions to Itinerary and Concierge Services: $150/hour
Cancellation: Wonder Filled Travel reserves the right to charge up to 15% of the cost of your trip in the event of cancellation. This will be assessed over and above any airline, supplier, tour company, cruise line, or other vendor penalties. Wonder Filled Travel reserves the right to adjust these fees at any time.
We strongly recommend safeguarding your investment with travel insurance to mitigate unforeseen circumstances and ensure peace of mind throughout your journey.
